It Pays to Have Friends!

Introducing our new Dental Rewards Program!
We consider the referal of your friends to be one of the finest compliments you can give us because it shows trust. To show our appreciation for trusting us with your dental health needs we want to say Thank You with a gift card. Starting January 1st 2009 for each new patient referral to our office you will receive a Dental Rewards Card in Comfort Dollars.

How do Comfort Dollars Work?
Comfort Dollars Can be accumulated. The more referrals that begin treatment the more comfort dollars you will receive. Over time this can add up to free dental treatment for yourself or a loved one. You can even use it to pay off your dental balance. The referred patient must write your name on their new patient forms indicating that you referred them. Make sure to let them know to do this so that we can give you due credit. We will then send you a Dental Rewards Card. Please keep these in a safe place; they cannot be replaced.

How Much Can You Earn?
Each new general patient = $35 Comfort Dollars
Each new restorative patient = $50 Comfort Dollars
Each new orthodontic patient = $75 Comfort Dollars
Each new implant patient = $100 Comfort Dollars
