Diagnosis

The Kavo Diagondent Laser is used to painlessly examine teeth to find cavities that can go undetected.  With the abundance of fluoridated water, many patients have teeth that hide cavities.  Even with x-rays and visual examination, some cavities are not found until it is too late.  With the Diagnodent, we can identify cavities early in the disease process and stop them before they do major damage.

The Waterlase MD allows Dr. Lottier to remove cavities with less anesthetic, in fact, a lot of the small to moderate cavities are removed and restored without any local anesthetic being delivered.  Patient enjoy not feeling any pain and walking away without having a numb lip or face.

The Waterlase MD is great at removing unwanted gum tissue and it does it with less trauma then traditional surgery.  Patients heal faster when the laser is used and there is less post-operative pain and bleeding.
